Learn Frontend Development with HTML5, CSS3, and JQuery – Level 1 Certification
INSTRUCTOR: Dave Woodall
CLASS SCHEDULE: Details here
The web. It’s everywhere! Do you want to know how it works?
Our Intro to Web Development with Dave Woodall is a creative and hands-on approach to becoming a front-end web designer. Dave began his career as a graphic designer and used to send Photoshop files to his web designer buddies and marvel at how those mockups showed up online. That is, all before Dave learned to code for himself!
Learning web design is very similar to learning a foreign language. And like anything new, it’s much easier to learn with a guide. In this 11-week course you will learn to build websites by reading and hand-writing code. You will create custom web pages with HTML, CSS, and JQuery in a friendly and collaborative in-person class room.
Dave Woodall is a well-known technical co-founder in Boulder, CO, former graphic designer, and two-time business owner. Dave’s well rounded background provides a creative and practical approach to learning web development. He loves teaching curious people who know nothing about the web and want to reinvent themselves.

By emphasizing the process of thinking like a software developer, students will be able to deal with problems that they haven’t encountered before while still being able to meet deadlines and achieve set goals.
